Characteristic Analysis of Off-Axis Meta-Lens

Meta-lens are a new type of planar optical element that can flexibly manipulate the phase, polarization and amplitude beam, currently receiving great deal attention as they easier to process manufacture. Off-axis meta-lens special with certain degree dispersion be used beam-splitting element, providing unique feasible way realize micro-miniature instruments. We analyze effects different numerical apertures off-axis angles on spectral resolution, focusing efficiency simulation results provide ideas for subsequent research application meta-lens. A number parameters NA = 0.408 α 13?, 0.18 13? 20? were simulated through Lumerical software. The show angle is related resolution; larger angle, better resolution but lower efficiency; when aperture smaller, smaller coverage phase distribution, which will lead deviation between theory. designer needs balance aperture, other reasonably according requirements in order achieve desired effect. findings this study have important reference values theoretical analysis design practical applications.
